Program Overview

The associate degree in History cultivates a critical understanding of the human past and develops skills of historical research, analysis, and communication that enable students to engage the world in which they serve in a thoughtful, positive, and creative way. Courses in the program introduce skills for research, analysis, and communication that prepare students for further studies toward a four-year bachelor’s degree or a variety of jobs.
