Meal Plan Overview
Students at Johnson University Tennessee enjoy multiple options for on-campus dining. Gally Commons, the main dining hall, offers a variety of culinary choices. Meal plans feature all-you-can-eat dining and vary in the number of meals allotted per week. Traditional meal plans consist of 17, 13, or 9 meals per week; block meal plans consist of 225, 190, or 130 meals per term. Block plans allow students to use as few or as many meals as they want per week. Additionally, students with this plan can use their plans to pay for another person’s meal. Unused meals do not carry over from one term to the next. Students can request information about the number of meals they have used at the dining facilities.
In addition to the main dining hall, The River Grill provides casual, made-to-order options. Students may use part of their meal plan for the Grill. The Underground Starbucks® Coffee Shop serves snacks and specialty coffee drinks in a quiet setting.
Dorm residents are required to select a meal plan by submitting a Meal Plan Selection Form on the student portal for the term(s) they will enroll at Johnson University Tennessee. Students who do not select a plan will be automatically enrolled in the traditional 17 meals per week plan. Students may change their meal plan at any time before registration day by completing another Meal Plan Selection Form. Students are not permitted to change their meal plan after registration day.
