Student Complaint State Contact Information

The U.S. Department of Education requires disclosure to consumers residing in all states. Student complaints should be submitted to Johnson University by following the procedure outlined in the Student Grievance Policy. In the unlikely event that an issue cannot be resolved with the University, students may register a complaint with the appropriate authorities in their state of residence. The list below provides contact information for all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. However, the list should not be construed as indicating which states have authorized the University to provide distance education to their residents or in which states the University is required to be authorized.
