A 'Lead with Purpose'
Curriculum
Johnson University’s Master’s in Organizational Leadership curriculum is designed to equip students to lead with wisdom, integrity, and purpose. Through a fully online, 30-credit program, students explore leadership theory, organizational dynamics, communication, change management, and ethical decision-making—all grounded in a biblical worldview. Courses emphasize practical application, helping students develop skills they can immediately apply in ministry, nonprofit, and professional settings. The program culminates in a capstone experience that integrates faith, learning, and real-world leadership challenges, preparing graduates to lead effectively wherever God calls them.
