TN Operations during remote instruction

— Student Life will communicate with students and make sure the needs of any students remaining in dorms are taken care of. David Legg will be in the office periodically throughout the week and staff will work remotely, on call for the office if needed.

— Post Office will remain open normal hours.

— Health Services is on call.

— The University Counseling Center is closed with staff available on call. Student Life will make a preliminary assessment before contacting on-call UCC staff.

— The ARC is closed. The walking path is open and staff are on call.

— Facilities services will continue to provide security and emergency management.

— Facilities services will continue to provide custodial services (reduced levels, but with thorough cleaning in common areas) and building and grounds (maintenance levels).

— IT support and services will continue.

— Admissions will have two workers (campus residents) covering phones and mail, scanning documents received, and sending out acceptance and inquiry packets. Only one person will be working in the office at a time.

— Advancement will be processing incoming gifts.

— The business office staff will continue to process payroll and accounts payable; a cashier and receptionist will be in the office.

— The print shop will be open to print acceptance packets and other materials as needed.

— The financial aid department and student accounts are working remotely and have the phones forwarded to their personal cell phones.
