Todd Brown: Retired minister, coaching and counseling Kingdom Workers
Todd is a 1977 graduate of Johnson University and recently retired from full-time ministry. Beginning as a youth minister in North Carolina, he finished his vocational ministry career in Virginia at Bridge Christian Church after 29 years as the lead minister. In his retirement, he does life-coaching, pastoral counseling, and guest speaking and preaching. He’s also involved in the college-age ministry of his church.
In the closing years of his Virginia ministry, Todd began to be convicted about his church’s role in recognizing, celebrating, and encouraging the workers—marketplace ministers—that take their faith and testimony into the community each week. He began a prototype ministry for commissioning and equipping them that he hopes other churches will consider implementing.
Todd and his wife Karen now reside in Joplin, Missouri with their two sons and five grandchildren.

In this position, Chad and his team lead the company’s generosity and service initiatives, cultivate a thriving company culture, and disciple employees in their apprenticeship to Jesus.
