Alva Ross Brown Society and Young Alumni Society

The Alva Ross Brown Society (for JUTN) and the Young Alumni Society (for JUFL) are special alumni associations for Johnson University’s young alumni. Scroll down for more information!

Alva Ross Brown was Johnson University’s third president, and he began the presidency when he was just 22 years old. The purpose of the Alva Ross Brown Society is to create a platform and an identity for the voice of JUTN’s young alumni. Together these alumni promote the work and mission of the University; work toward younger alumni involvement in the Board of Trustees, the Council of 70, and the Alumni Association; foster generosity within the alumni community; and network and build connections among young alumni.

Members enjoy a range of benefits including:

The Young Alumni Society builds camaraderie among recent Johnson University Florida graduates and helps the University fulfill its mission by:

• Planning an annual Young Alumni Reunion
• Hosting small regional events
• Fundraising for University projects
• Supporting the student body
