The Alva Ross Brown Society

Alva Ross Brown was Johnson University’s third president, and he began the presidency when he was just 22 years old. The purpose of the Alva Ross Brown Society is to create a platform and an identity for the voice of Johnson’s young alumni. Together these alumni promote the work and mission of the University; work toward younger alumni involvement in the Board of Trustees, the Council of 70, and the Alumni Association; foster generosity within the alumni community; and network and build connections among young alumni.
