The Alva Ross Brown Society
Alva Ross Brown was Johnson University’s third president, and he began the presidency when he was just 22 years old. The purpose of the Alva Ross Brown Society is to create a platform and an identity for the voice of JUTN’s young alumni. Together these alumni promote the work and mission of the University; work toward younger alumni involvement in the Board of Trustees, the Council of 70, and the Alumni Association; foster generosity within the alumni community; and network and build connections among young alumni.
Members enjoy a range of benefits including:

To join, you must have graduated from JU in the last 15 years and must commit to a monthly contribution of at least $7.25. Click here to get started!
The Young Alumni Society
The Young Alumni Society builds camaraderie among recent Johnson University Florida graduates and helps the University fulfill its mission by:
- Planning an annual Young Alumni Reunion
- Hosting small regional events
- Fundraising for University projects
- Supporting the student body
To join, you must have graduated from JUFL in the last 10 years and must commit to a monthly contribution of at least $8.33 for individuals or $12.50 for married couples. To sign up, email or call (407) 569-1314.
