1:30 p.m. – Parent Break
Here are a few options to consider:

1. Linger longer in the Gally to mingle with other parents
2. Visit our Campus Store – (upstairs in the Gally Commons Building)
3. Take a walk to The Prayer Oak and spend some quiet time praying for your student
4. Tour a dorm room (Men: Brown Hall; Women: Johnson Hall)
5. Explore other campus buildings and classrooms
6. 1:30 p.m. & 2:30 p.m. – Bus Tour with Brian Lakin, Director of Church Relations
Learn about  Johnson University’s rich history, with some amusing anecdotes along the way. Reservations are required.

• For 1:30 tour – Please gather in front of the Phillips-Welshimer building by 1:25 p.m.
• For 2:30 tour – Please gather in front of the Phillips-Welshimer building by 2:25 p.m.

Overnight Option – Please mark this on your registration form

For students who will arrive on Thursday evening or students who live in the area:

• • • Families are welcome to join us for supper at the Gally Commons Dining Hall at 6 pm.
    • New students may stay in the dorm. Bring a pillow. Other linens will be provided.
    • Parents will need to make hotel arrangements. We are working to block rooms at several hotels in the area. Check back for details.

Congratulations on your admission to Johnson University! We are so excited that you will be part of our community. Here are your next steps:

Check your Johnson University email account: When you applied you included your current email address. Within a week after your acceptance to Johnson we’ll email you at that address with account information and login instructions for a new JU email address. Log in to that email account as soon as you get the instructions, because all future communication will be sent to that address! Be sure to check this email account at least once a week as you prepare to attend Johnson.

Go to Johnson University Application Portal and visit the Student Finances tab to complete the following registration items for Financial Aid:

• • The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) using the Johnson school code 003495.
  • The Academic Information Release (FERPA)
  • The Financial Aid Check In
  • Scholarship applications

Accept your awards and check your student account statement, available July 15/November 15. Finish making all financial arrangements by August 15 (for fall term) or December 15 (for spring term). Your bill can be viewed in the Student Account Center under the Student Finances tab at my.JohnsonU.edu after July 15/November 15.

Visit the Student Life tab on Johnson UNiversity Application Portal to complete the enrollment forms listed below. Deadline to complete all forms is July 1 for fall term and December 1 for spring term.

Forms for Resident Students

After you graduate your current coursework, send all final transcripts to Johnson. Once we receive your final transcripts and enrollment fee, you will be registered for courses. Make sure to complete all student life and registration forms to see your schedule.
