The Fred Craddock Center for Preaching Excellence at Johnson University presents a Sermon-Crafting Workshop Oct. 22, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Join President and preaching professor Dr. Daniel Overdorf for a day of sermon-crafting. Hosted at the original Craddock Center in Cherry Log, Georgia, the day-long workshop will focus on both the process of sermon-crafting and the “polish.” This workshop will equip participants to develop engaging sermons that are true to Scripture, relevant to listeners, and that come to life with descriptive language and creativity. This will be a true “workshop” event with both presentations by Dr. Overdorf and the opportunity to work on your own sermon with coaching from workshop leaders and Johnson University faculty. Cost for the day is just $20 and includes lunch.
