General Job Description

  • Assist faculty by preparing, tracking, and ordering laboratory materials; includes preparation of media and chemical solutions as well as computer-based work updating inventory records and placing orders.
  • Assist faculty and teaching assistants in maintaining clean and safe laboratory facilities for instruction.
  • Maintain regular office hours.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, environmental science, or related field.
