— Student Life will communicate with students and make sure the needs of any students remaining in apartments are taken care of. Offices in the SUB will be closed, but student life personnel on rotation are available for counseling, mail delivery, housing-related matters, and student communication.
— Facilities services will continue to provide security and emergency management.
— Facilities services will continue to provide custodial services (reduced levels, but with thorough cleaning in common areas) and building and grounds (maintenance levels).

— The admissions office will have two people (both live on or near campus) covering phones and mail, scanning documents received, and sending out acceptance and inquiry packets.
— Advancement will be rotating in the office and will available to take calls, answer email, and process gifts.
— During regular business hours, at least two employees will be available in the business office to answer phones, process payroll and accounts payable, receive mail and other deliveries, and monitor campus operations.
