My favorite part about teaching at Johnson is: The dedicated students.

When I’m not teaching, I love to: Travel and explore new cultural groups.

In my classes, students can expect: The latest theories and approaches to intercultural studies.

My best advice to a new student in my program is: Always do your reading.

Because of my influence, I most want my students to become: The best tools in God’s hands for mission.

The myth-busting truth about my discipline I most want people to understand is: “Only ministers who can’t make it in the US go to the mission fields.” Mission is much harder and calls for much broader skills.

A quote that influences how I live is: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me…”And you can, too!
