Graduates with this degree will be equipped for a range of careers in companies and organizations of all sizes and types. Depending on the concentration, students may pursue specialized careers in marketing, sales, market research, entrepreneurship, operations, conflict resolution, or small business management. Graduates may also choose to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
The Business Administration major equips students to serve as business leaders in a variety of organizational contexts. Students develop knowledge and skills in strategic planning, organizational development and change, human resource management, economics and financial management, marketing and public relations, and ethical and legal issues. The program incorporates biblical wisdom and missional concerns to develop Christian character and a kingdom perspective.
