We have named the Athletic and Recreation Complex gym the Douglas E. Karnes Arena to honor his thirty years of coaching and teaching at Johnson. Alumni, former teammates, students, colleagues, and friends are joining together to honor Coach Karnes by contributing to this fund. Fill out the form below to make a pledge commitment or one-time donation!

• All former players who contribute at least $500 over 5 years will be recognized on a plaque in the arena
• Teams with over 50% roster participation will be recognized as “Teams of Honor” on the plaque
• Seat Recognition: a commitment of $20 a month for 5 years, or a $1,000 one-time donation.
• Goal Recognition: a commitment of $50 a month for 5 years, or a $2,500 one-time donation (includes seat recognition as well).
• Athletic Booster Recognition: a commitment of $100 a month for 5 years, or a $5,000 one-time donation includes:

  • Goal Recognition
  • Complimentary admissions to games for life
