Alumni Heritage Societies
The Alumni Heritage Society honors individuals who have made a lasting impact through their lifetime partnership with the University. Society recognition is more than a celebration of generosity; it is a tribute to an alumni’s legacy in equipping students to advance the worldwide mission of Christ through their lives, ministries, and careers.
“We are grateful for the way each alumni story continues to contribute to the enduring heritage of Johnson University. We are grateful for YOU!”
Alumni Heritage Societies: Giving
Membership in the Alumni Heritage Society is automatically granted based on an alumni’s historic giving to the University, and each level of the Society is named in honor of a former president and first lady who have shaped the mission of Johnson across generations:
– Ashley & Emma Johnson – AEJ Society ($100,000+ in lifetime partnership)
– David & Margaret Eubanks – DME Society ($50,000+)
– Robert & Myrtle Bell – RMB Society ($25,000+)
– Gary & Janis Weedman – GJW Society ($10,000+)
– Tommy & Debbie Smith – TDS Society ($5,000+)
– Alva & Alma Brown – AAB Society (under $5,000, includes members of the Alva Ross Brown Society)
Society members receive a distinctive Alumni Heritage Society lapel pin and a certificate of appreciation for each level achieved. Additional benefits—including institutional scholarships for children or grandchildren of alumni, complimentary tickets to athletic events, invitations to exclusive gatherings, and other expressions of our gratitude—grow as you advance through the levels of partnership.
The Alumni Heritage Society exists to honor you—our faithful alumni and partners—who have generously invested your resources and your heart in the mission of Johnson University.
