Run For A Reason

Come and “Run for a Reason.” The reason is to provide scholarships in memory of Josh Teegarden at Johnson University. On July 27, 2004, Josh Teegarden was killed while serving on the mission field at Christ Camp for the Blind in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. Josh was preparing to return to Johnson Bible College, now Johnson University, for his senior year. He was majoring in Missions and Ministry.

In memory of his life here on earth, his family and friends are combining two of the things Josh loved the most: running and missions. The “Josh Teegarden Memorial 5K Run/Walk” will be held on SEPTEMBER 22, 2018 at JOHNSON UNIVERSITY. Registration starts at 8 a.m. and the race will start at 9 a.m. The entry fee is $20 per participant before SEPTEMBER 15, 2016. After September 15, the fee will be $25.
