Record Attendance for Preview Day

Preview DaysEach spring, Johnson University is filled with newness. We observe daffodils sprouting in various patches, birds singing, and prospective students flooding various sidewalks on Preview Day! Visiting the campus of prospective schools has become a very important factor in helping high school students decide where to attend college. Johnson hosts special Preview Day Weekends throughout the year when prospective students and their families are especially invited to visit the campus and learn all that Johnson has to offer.

On March 26, we were excited to welcome 59 prospective students visiting Johnson University, the largest group of students to date on an actual Preview Day. Prospective students have the opportunity to sit in on classes, tour the beautiful campus, attend chapel, spend a night in the dorms, hang out with current students, and have all of their pressing questions answered about admissions requirements, affordable tuition, scholarship opportunities, student life, and financial aid. Additionally, students meet Johnson’s helpful and friendly admissions counselors who give them an “inside look” as to how they would fit into Johnson’s mission as a Great Commission university.

Preview DaysOf course, families and students are welcome to visit campus anytime and can make arrangements by contacting the Admissions Office by  or by phone at 800-827-2122. Students and their families can interact with professors, current students, and student life on campus. Johnson hosts Spring Retreat designed especially for church youth groups. Spring Retreat is designed to provide a weekend of compelling messages, high energy worship, and great fellowship. This event offers high school youth an opportunity to grow their relationship with God on a beautiful college campus surrounded by other young people who share their passion for Christ.

If you know a high school student looking to attend college or someone wanting to begin a career in ministry, tell them about Johnson! They can speak with someone in Admissions, check out the website, or schedule a visit to come check out the campus and see if Johnson is the place for them.
