Johnson Spotlight: Linda Whitmer

Welcome to Johnson Spotlight on the blog! Johnson Spotlight is posted every Wednesday and seeks to connect the hardworking people at Johnson University Tennessee who do so much behind the scenes for our students, alumni, and friends. This week we would like to introduce Linda Whitmer as our Johnson Spotlight guest! Dr. Whitmer is the Dean of the School of Intercultural Studies here at Johnson University Tennessee. Blue.

Reading and playing with my grandchildren.

What is one interesting fact about yourself?

I worked in Zimbabwe for over 20 years. I have also earned a black belt in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do.

What is your favorite quote/scripture?

Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

If you see Linda Whitmer around, be sure to say hello! Thanks so much!
