Welcome to Johnson Spotlight on the blog! Johnson Spotlight is posted every Wednesday and seeks to connect the hardworking people at Johnson University Tennessee who do so much behind the scenes for our students, alumni, and friends. This week we would like to introduce Cindy Reece as our Johnson Spotlight guest! You might know Mrs. Reece as “The Fox” but she is also a fabulous assistant professor at Johnson University Tennessee. Get to know a little about Mrs. Cindy below!

How long have you worked at Johnson University Tennessee?Cindy Reece

Six years as a professor.

What is your favorite fall activity?

Hiking or biking in the mountains. Cades Cove is one of my favorite places.

What are your hobbies?

I enjoy reading, cooking, biking, and walking.

What is one interesting fact about yourself?

I went back to college and earned a Master’s degree at the age of 50. (Go Mrs. Reece!)

What is your favorite quote/scripture?

Romans 8 has become significant as I better understand God’s calling and grace.
