This week we would love for you to meet Patty Forthman. You’ll find this sweet lady in the Intercultural Studies Office so take a minute to find out what she does and a little about who she is!

What is your favorite food?

I could eat Latin American food probably every day.

If you could spend 15 minutes with anyone living, who would you meet and why?

I would like to meet Katie Couric and listen to her talk about some of the stories she has covered during her career.

What is your favorite quote/scripture?

What is one interesting fact about yourself?

I’ve been to seven different countries outside of the US.
