16 years (including 4 years as an adjunct)
What is your favorite food?
Fried shrimp from Speeds Kitchen in Shellman Bluff, Georgia
If you could spend 15 minutes with anyone living, who would you meet and why?
I would like to visit with the commander of a Trident II Ballistic missile submarine (otherwise known as a boomer). I’d like to hear his thoughts regarding leadership on one of the most powerful military weapons of our age.
What are your hobbies?
Building WWII model aircrafts, gardening, snorkeling, travel, and reading classic literature.
What would you do if you had a million dollars?
To quote St. Francis of Assisi, “I would finish hoeing my garden.”
What is the best gift you ever received?
A rechargeable electric screwdriver. I use it all the time.
What is your favorite quote/scripture?
