Bringing glory to God is at the heart of all activities at Johnson University. Students, faculty, and staff come together regularly to celebrate His Word through ministry, missions, chapel services, retreats, study groups, community service, special prayer services, fellowship activities, and other events.
The JUFL campus community meets each week for chapel services. Main chapel services are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. during fall and spring terms. Services feature contemporary worship led by students, faculty, and staff. Chapel speakers include visiting missionaries, ministers, Johnson faculty, staff, students and other guests.

Chapel Discipleship Groups (D-Groups)
D-groups meet each Wednesday at 9 a.m. during the fall and spring terms. Each group focuses on a specific theme that is discussed throughout the term.
Johnson students often find themselves strengthened and motivated by each other during small study groups they start or join. These groups are popular among students seeking to build close spiritual relationships with others who share their ministry goals.
