Business Administration (BS)
The Business Administration Major equips students to serve as business leaders in for profit, nonprofit, and public sector settings. Students develop knowledge and skills in management, finance and accounting, human resource management, communications and marketing, organizational behavior, business law, organizational strategy and policy, and economics. Students also pursue a concentration in Management, Marketing, or Sport Management. The program incorporates biblical wisdom and missional concerns to develop Christian character and a kingdom perspective.

When students complete the Business Administration program, they will be able to do the following:
Articulate biblical, theological, philosophical, and ethical foundations for organizational operations and leadership.
Understand the core management concepts of strategic planning and decision-making, organizational development, marketing, human resource management, and the economic and financial realities of organizational administration.
Demonstrate competency in organizational operations, decision-making, and communication skills.
Integrate biblical wisdom with leadership.
Demonstrate Christian character in exercising leadership.
