In addition to an affordable Christian education, Johnson students enjoy a thriving campus life. From campus-wide movie nights and cookouts to 24-hour prayer services, Johnson students are truly a community of their own. Every student is provided the opportunity to grow spiritually, connect with others emotionally, and impact their world positively.
Campus Services
The Johnson experience allows students to achieve academic excellence in a Christ-centered community equipped with modern conveniences and technology. Students have access to multiple computer labs and wireless internet access in the dorms and across campus.
Dorm rooms feature private baths and individual temperature controls. Students also have access to on-campus counseling services, health services, library resources, academic advising and a supportive faculty and staff living on campus with them. And, of course, there’s an amply sized coffee shop serving Starbucks coffee.
Campus Events
Campus events are an essential part of the Christian college experience at Johnson and are favored traditions among alumni. Banquets, festivals, Homecoming, and community service days help connect current university students with each other, with alumni and with the world around them.

Due in part to its modern facilities and proximity to the mountains and other area attractions, the beautiful Knoxville campus of Johnson University also serves as a backdrop for community events, retreats and conferences for Christ In Youth, Bible Bowl, Senior Saints in the Smokies and others.
