Johnson University’s School of Intercultural Studies provides a solid foundation and a quality academic experience for those who desire to share the gospel in a variety of cultural settings in the United States and abroad. The School of Intercultural Studies prepares dynamic leaders for an ever-changing world by providing an affordable Christian education at an accredited university.
The undergraduate program in Intercultural Studies offers concentrations in Missions, English as a Second Language (ESL)/ English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Education, Linguistics, Chinese Studies, Islamic Studies, Latin American and Latino Studies, and Urban Studies. The School of Intercultural Studies offers online options including a bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Studies and a master’s degree in Intercultural Studies.
The Intercultural Studies faculty members are skilled in a variety of cross-cultural mission experiences – rural and urban, domestic and abroad. So, whether serving in the United States or around the world, the School of Intercultural Studies will prepare students to effectively extend the kingdom of God.
