Recruitment Teams are small, carefully selected, student teams that travel nationwide throughout the summer to assist with summer camps and promote Johnson University Florida. JUFL Recruitment Teams have an outstanding reputation. They strive to provide information about the University and the strategic educational opportunities it provides to future Johnson SUNS.
JUFL’s Recruitment Teams are comprised of students from varying programs of study, with differing talents and personalities. Each student is carefully chosen to represent the University with excellence.
Recruitment Teams represent JUFL at summer camps, churches, and conferences during the summer as:

To request a Recruitment Team from Johnson University Florida for your camp experience, simply fill out the online request form. For more information about our teams, contact the Office of Admissions.
Auditions are held in October of each year and are open to all JUFL students who maintain a grade point average of at least 2.5.
To apply students must submit:
- A current resume
- A faculty reference letter
- A completed DiSC© personality assessment (available in the Office of Admissions)
Auditions include the presentation of a Bible lesson, musical number, or drama, and an interview with the audition panel. Teams are announced in late November. For more information or to begin the application process, please reference the information below to contact the Office of Admissions.
